My brother Jake has been home preparing to go to serve in Hungary (click HERE to see his adventures) so we have been trying to spend as much time with him as possible before he leaves...

The Beach...
The weather was nice so we decided to get the troops together and head to the beach...
This little guy was in heaven...
He even pitched in collecting wood for the fire...
He insisted on roasting his own hot dog - which ended up covered in sand of course...
Who doesn't love bon fires at the beach...
We are going to try and get as many beach trips in before this guy leaves...

7 Years...
On April 16, 2005 I married my very best friend and on that day I had no idea that SEVEN years would come so fast...
I am so blessed to have found and married this guy who loves me through the good, the bad and the not so expected...
He is not only an amazing partner but has become a better man and father than I ever expected and I often wonder what I did to deserve the life he has been able to provide!...

My brother Bob and his family just bought a home up north so while the rest of us were helping with the move the kids were left with Papa...
Papa spoiled them with special treats, bubble guns, fishing poles and the hit was definitely the super hero costumes...
